Morning folks!

I can't seem to get rid of this cough I have developed. It is changing, but isn't going away.

We are in a cold snap here lately, it is -40 with the windchill already.

I am off to work in a bit..then tonight the gym with DH because we didn't go all weekend.

Have a good day folks!

It looks like it doesn't know what to do here. First it was sunny, now it's gone dull, but it's still chilly.

Not to worry, in a couple of hours i'll be home with the babies
I hope Sophie's speaking to me after i put her weekly dose of salmon oil on her paws last night

Crazy cold here this morning as well.
It should be mandatory to stay in your house when it's this cold!

Calling the vet here in a few to get Ossie back in. He's no better at all, and I am so, so worried. Working from home so that I can keep an eye on him.

Morning!

Starting to warm up this week. I went to Walmart yesterday and with the windchill it was below -40 degrees Celsius. For those that don't know Celsius, that's the same temperature in Fahrenheit!!!!

Fed and cuddled Spencer and Katie today. Katie is just a little lover

Scooped litter, changed water.

Cuddled Abby.

Then spent 10 minutes getting myself ready for work!

Not too busy of a day at work today....hopefully!

When I get home, more of the loving, cuddling kitties. I also have to remove one or two more sutures from Abby. We're doing them a little at a time. Just 4 more to go!!!

Morning!

We bottomed out this morning at -9; that's not the wind chill, that was our temp. And it was still -4 when I came into work this morning. Our high is be be in the low teens. Walking over lunch should be interesting! I have my ear muffs, my long underwear, my face covering, my scarf....I'll look like the Michelin woman!
A nor-easter coming up the coast and should hit us on Wednesday.

Grocery shopping tonight, followed by my exercises.....and bed. When it's this cold outside, all I want to do is cocoon with the DH and the furkids.

Have a good Monday!

Morning all!!

Its a balmy 10F this morning. A bit of very light snow.

Well the kitchen and living room are empty. We put the boys in the basement and the girls in our bathroom and I'm waiting for the floor refinisher to arrive.

Probably will sit at Starbucks this morning as I will be kicked out of the house early.

Won't probably be able to go home right after work either. Had to turn up the heat which just bothers DH but it has to be warm enough for the finish to dry.

The rest of the house and the garage is a mess with stuff all over the place.

But its a good day to be a Packer fan................

Minus 7 was the low for here this am. I went outside and threw hot water up in the air and it turned to dust!!

I've got chili in the crockpot. Lots of schools closed due to the cold. The heated water bowl outside froze, but not solid. Amazing.

Keep warm guys!

Morning everyone.

Blah day today. Bf got called into work and I need to email a company that I'm having some problems with their product and its kinda major problems. Other than that having a woo hoo moment since yesterday was mine and bfs 3 yr anniversary and it makes me happy that we are still going strong.

Have a good day everyone.

Good afternoon! Been a good day so far, took Dorothy to the vet for her first exam. I'll get poop and blood results back tomorrow. Hoping for nothing bad!!

I did some cleaning up around the house, trying to keep up with all the extra litter that's being tracked around now, and more cat hair. I think Genever really doesn't shed much, but I never realised it before. Dorothy does shed quite a bit.

I need to get to the grocery store today. I am so tempted to just leave both cats out toether. They're both sleeping. There have been no fights since we brought Dorothy home on Saturday, just hisses/growls from Genever when she walks by. And Genever's already been in Dot's litterbox (oops.
) so that doesn't really matter.. I guess I will separate them though, just in case. Aww, but they are both sleeping so peacefully!

That's about all I guess. Hearing about the horribly cold weather is really making me happy to live in SoCal.
My mom in PA is planning on booking a flight soon to come visit. Smart lady!

Well have a good day everyone, try to stay warm!

It has been a great Monday. We are thawing out from six inches of snow on Saturday. This is the third time for us this winter and that is a lot for where I live. Everyone stay warm. Spring will come before we know it.
