Is there a certain breed/color you have a weakness for?

I've never owned one, but I always gravitate towards calicos and torties, especially long-haired. I was at Petco today and what was up for adoption? A long-haired dilute calico! I took pictures of her and showed my husband, but he said no to a 5th cat right now. Which is probably the right call, but I still want her : (
Someday I will own a long haired calico or tortie!
And a Siamese or Tonkinese.
And a Birman.
And a Russian Blue.
And a Bengal....
Haha.

Black cats

I love all cats, but I have a black cat weakness for sure Got three of my own.

I have always loved all black cats, and tuxedos.
I love tiger stripes because of Lynxx
The Maine Coon is awesome

My grandparents only ever had Siamese

My mother's favorite is the Ragdoll

I have always loved orange short haired cats (The longhaired oranges tend to look a bit too wild for my tastes)

Tuxedos have also always been a favorite of mine.

I like grey longhaired cats.

Really, I find a new cat every time I look that is added to my faovrites. It's mostly whatever I happen to just look at, plus my two.

I love:

Russian Blue (have my blue cat now)
Siamese
White
Black

I love them all...really!

That being said I get weak in the knees over Siamese! (Hey, that rhymes!)
My husband doesn't care for the wedge head types though I would love to have a sleek angular Siamese. So I have had several Siamese mixes over the years. The personality is HUGE! Thai, that we have now, decided that DH was his human. Those two are really tight. Seems to be a pattern, that they pick who they belong to. In the past I've been the lucky one....but now DH knows the love! Then I have my tuxedo boy and I'm partial to that, too.

Torties are my weakness.

Black kitties are my all time favorite! Their eyes are so brilliant against the black and and and...

I have wanted a Siamese for a long time. I am also partial to black cats but I think that is because they seem to be the last ones to be adopted or worse not adopted at all.

Well I like tabbies. Black mackerel tabbies are probably my #1.

I also like cats with white paws. They're just so irresistable.

"Cow cats" (bicolor) look wonderful.

I like 'em all

I like them all too
I can't think of any one color or breed that is my favorite..I used to be a sucker for orange kitties, and I almost picked up an orange one instead of Jake (ohh god how painful it feels to think of that now!!). When I first got Jake I didn't like his colors, and I thought his baby fur was too poofy But, something about that made me love him even more, it's hard to explain.

When I decided to get a kitten I went looking for specifically for a blue & white (only I thought it was gray & white at the time). I found Shareena, and even though I now have a mixed bag, I still love the blue & white.

For a specific breed, I'll take an abyssinian any day (who would have guessed? ). However, if I ever get another purebred cat I would definitely consider an ocicat.

Overall I prefer shorthaired cats over longhairs.

Torties and tabbies are my weaknesses. I'd love to have another tortie girl and/or a gray tabby.

I have a fondness for orange tabbies!! I also like all white cats and harlequins (white with black patches)

I'd like to get a Singapura one day....

orange tabbies, gray or blue

Pretty easy to figure out my favourite breed Can't imagine life without an Oci, particularly partial to the silvers

I'm a DSH person myself - Lola's Foofy Tail is too foofy for my tastes!

As the username implies - I love white cats. Most specifically blue eyes, then bi-colored eyes, then green eyes, then gold eyes. Not that I'm being picky.

I dearly love grey tabbies with white paws.....they'll steal my heart every time.

Before Mollipop came into our family, I had been looking at Maine Coon kittens; there's something about their looks, their fur, their eyes, their demeanor, etc. I've wanted a Maine Coon now for quite a while.

But now? I dearly love brown tabbies with cream-colored necks.....they'll steal my heart every time!

Norwegian Forest Cats! They are beautiful cats. I love their furriness, and their colors!

I really like black cats.

all of my cats have been black, I've never had any other color cat.

I'm only fond of that special breed that purrs and rubs up against my legs when I'm trying to run to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Bengals and Tabbies!

I've almost always had an odd-eyed white cat, and I've almost always had a black cat. I love torties and calicos, so now I have a dilute calico, longhair - she is so pretty.

and I have my dopey Raggie, Smudge

I am partial to the cats that do not shed, feed themselves, do not scratch anything but the scratch pad, scoop and change their own litter box, never throw up, and does not like playing the game "smell my butt". Beyond that, they could look like Bill for all I care.

I'm sure you'd never have guessed..but I really like Brits, long- and shorthairs. And Scottish Folds. (And Persians. And..)

Colors: black silvers, mostly shaded, chinchilla, smoke and colorpoints. My newest crush is black silver ticked tabbies.
I'd love a bengal, a persian or a sphynx, they are all gorgeous.x

Black...we'll always have at least one black kitty in our house....heck even one of our dogs is black... And I'm partial to blue..My heart kitty was a long hair blue tabby

Maine Coons, esp. the classic tabby type, and solid black (my beloved Smudge had a lot of Maine Coon in him; all shiny black.) I also love short-haired black cats of any breed.

Maine Coons have the most delighful personalities, too!

I like them all (unfortunately). I have a weakness for brown/gray tabbies, as my first cat that I got at age 9 was one. However, I've never had another one, though I had an orange/white tabby. I hope to have another brown/gray tabby in my life. There is one at my shelter now who I've been pining for over the last 6 months.

But, the cats who have become my particular cause are black ones. I've had 8 of them so far in my life.

Anyone surprised?

When my dad found aki burnt inside one of dealership's car hoods he called me. I have to admit I judged him by his looks, even caked with dark debris in both ears and tar and stones stuck to his little burnt paws he was gorgeous. Always a sucker with the orange and white. The white pattern across his face always gave him such fantastic facial expressions. We had such short time together sadly but I dont think there could be a cat more tailored made for me. So beautiful, great mix of mellow and active, and never made a peep those first two months as he healed and slow introduction attempt was going with my 13 year old first cat.
If only we could go back in time huh, just one more try knowing what we know now.
