So today I finally got a callback on a job! I have been looking on-and-off since August. I currently work at the college I attend, but I wanted to be a little more finally secure, so I've been looking for a second job. That is sometimes hard to do because I usually take an extra class to help me graduate sooner! But tonight I was called back from a telemarketing company (I know, I know...everyone hates them) they pay $8.00 an hour, plus commission if I do happen to find someone who doesn't hang up on me immediately. The hours are great, especially for someone who has to schedule work around classes, so I'm really excited. The interview is Saturday, which also happens to be the local adoption day at the pet store in my town. So after the interview, I get to head over there and play with the animals. Either way, if I get the job or don't, it'll be a really nice pick-me-up!
So everyone keep their fingers crossed for me that they like me and it's a legit business! They have their own building/shop in a business avenue next to an attorney's office, so I think it's good news...
