Question of the Day Wed Jan 19th

Sorry this is delayed. Work has been insane!

OK here is my question:

Do you drink any "special" water? Like Vitamin water or waters that have extra things added?

I have been drinking Glaceau VitaminWater Zero lately. It has zero calories, and is an excellent source for vitamin C and B vitamins. It also has electrolytes, manganese+antitoxidants and vitamin A. It tastes yummy too! It is naturally sweetened and flavored with acai, blueberry and pomegranate.

No special waters. Dasani is my favorite.

Nothing special, just tap water or filtered water.

I really like the sobe lifewater, but i stopped drinking it when I found out truvia is not really stevia but 90% corn sugar and the rest is rebiana which is chemically extracted from stevia...
So no, I just drink water and sometimes plain tea.

Gatorade when I need the potassium (technically I always need the extra potassium. ) Otherwise just water, or if I'm having problems with food some Ensure.

I drink plain filtered Tap water....or Coconut water

No but I will add fruits to my water sometimes like pom seeds, lemon, lime, etc.

I sometimes drink Lifewater or Vitaminwater, but only as a substitute for soda (I don't drink soda anymore). I prefer my water unflavored.

Nope, tap is good enough for me.

I'll buy flavored or vitamin water occasionally, if I'm in the mood.

Regular tap water here, too, although sometimes I like to add lots of lemon, orange, and lime slices to a pitcher of water and let it go for awhile in the fridge.

Nope. I drink Dasani, Aquafina, or Diamond Spring from our water cooler (yes we have one at home )
