A Lionel Pitre update.

Lionel Pitre (LP) has now officially been adopted by us! We went Friday after work, but they closed early due to staffing issues, so we went back today and finalized everything. They just laughed at me at the shelter, as they know what I'm like. They were all so happy, as they know how well all of my kitties are cared for. I said "This is it, NO MORE!" and my friend at the desk said "There's ALWAYS room for one more, never say never!".

LP is my constant lapcat, usually along with Pria. He is one of the SWEETEST guys, and is a kitten through and through. He's full of energy, love and happiness. He loves to snuggle with me and he gives great kisses. I couldn't possibly be happier that he chose us! I'll be calling the vet first thing in the morning to see when we can get him in for his check-up and neuter.

Congrats! You might as well go for broke and make it an even dozen! You know the old saying, "Cheaper by the dozen!"

Congratulations! My heart kinda skipped a beat there for a moment - but realized this wasn't the health forum.

And yeah, I bet they were laughing at you.

Welcome home (officially) LP!

His check-up went GREAT! He's 5.9 pounds, about 5 months old and had no problems the vet could find. His neuter appointment was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 11th.

I got confused. I thought this meant you were up to eleven. Then you could be the "Excellent Eleven." Congratulations! I am glad his check-up went well.
