I worked until 7:30. Then came home and had the chilli that my husband made in the crock pot. Now I am sitting here on the computer and he is playing a computer game.

I want to watch a movie, but I am not sure if I want to watch Piranha, Death Race 2 or The Social Network.

I will be a quiet evening at home. Since it is -24 C with a wind chill of -30, and it is snowing heavily. I am hibernating in my nice warm house. I do wish I had some wine, but I am not leaving the house to get any

Thank you! It is comfy and very plush. And Little Miss and Gemma were the very first cats to start scratching the corners. I covered them with clear tape until I can get to the fabric store tomorrow. I plan to make corner covers from very heavy clear vinyl that is sold by the yard. I may use twist pins to attach the protectors to the chair corners. I think I'll cut them to be about 12" wide (will wrap around each corner 6" on each side), and the length of the chair's corners. Then, I'll be fancy, and round the corners of the plastic to look nice. I got the idea from a product that charges $8.95 per corner for them! I can make them much cheaper, and also longer and wider for full protection.

I used to have a 2-seater (what we call a "loveseat" in the U.S.--not sure if that term is used elsewhere). However, I noticed that most people don't seem to like to sit that close to another person, so I've been using armchairs plus a 3-seater sofa (and with those, I noticed that visitors will take each end of the sofa, leaving the center free!). The armchairs I replaced were small in scale--ok for a 5ft tall woman like me, but not comfy for anyone else. I like to curl up in a chair,so I can read--which I couldn't do with those chairs. This new chair is perfect!

Ran errands all day and brought along a canine friend for the errands along with us. Pulled some premade homemade soup out of the fridge for dinner, healthy and filling.

Well, the stock show was much more fun than a sock show!
And my son rode really well in the Custer battle re-enactment, he won the Pony Express contest, put out a lit newspaper with his trick bull-whipping, and carried the American Flag in the Ride of the Colors. A fun night! (I'm not proud or anything
)

It's Sunday night here and it has been relaxing. There should have been more chores in my schedule. Finished work at 6pm and then had a lady over to look at one of my kittens and she fell in love and reserved Jovi, and then I went and did some shopping and picked up some DVD's. I'm about to go and pick my boyfriend up from work. I need him now because the bulb has blown in my room and I can't see my 8 week old babies!

DH watched the football games for awhile, then he came back to bed and we watched some HGTV. When he fell asleep, I watched a movie on Sci-Fi.

Tonight will be a fun one for me. NO WORK! Hooray.

I've rented a couple of movies but I may browse on TCS or hang with my furries or read a book. I love time off.

Tonight I did some grocery shopping, exercised, and am now eating olives and watching TV with the hubby and catching up on the forums (been busy since school started again).
