Only 5? That's going to be hard. So I'll just go with the 5 that have the highest play count in my iTunes library.

Paradise Lost - Symphony X
Scarred - Dream Theater
Biaxident (by accident) - Liquid Tension Experiment
Far Beyond the Sun - Yngwie Malmsteen
The Aftermath - Iron Maiden

My new favorite is always going to have to be Beautiful Child by Fleetwood Mac. My father was watching their concert on t.v. This was a couple of days ago. Midnight was still needing to stay off his paw. So I was carrying him around. The moment they started singing Beautiful Child, Midnight stiffened in my arms. Looked right at the t.v. his eyes were huge, and he intently watched the concert until that song was done. He didn't care about the songs before or after. So since that is Midnight's favorite song, it's going to have to become my favorite song
