Morning!

It's Friday, and payday!!

I am off to work in a bit, tonight DH and I have a date night planned but we might just stay in and watch movies and get takeout!

We are having friends over tomorrow as well..then church on Sunday and a crockpot dinner!

Morning everyone.

Not so busy day but a pretty busy night ahead of me. Gotta get some cleaning done around the house and laundry for the weekend. We also have a new addition on the front porch. Ramsies mom has joined Stinky, since the outside kitties have become BFs friends he names them and her name is now Black. Shes a sweetheart and loves Franklin to pieces. Now come spring Ive got 4 cats to spay unless I get lucky and manage to find homes for Black and Stinky.

Well off to start the washer.. Have a good day everyone!

I'm just getting ready for work, I'm so tired though

Enjoy your date Nat!

YAY for Friday! It's also payday! Got the bills all paid this morning before work. On our lunch break I have to go return the clip on light I bought for my Kobo. I no sooner took it out of the box and it fell apart in my hands! It wasn't cheap either!

After work we are going to the shelter to officially adopt Lionel Pitre! We'll get his paperwork all done up, he'll get his microchip, vaccines etc. Then I'll schedule his check up and neuter with the vet. So happy!

Tomorrow we're going to head off to Fredericton to go to the market and of course make a stop at Petsmart. Dana cringes when I go in there...because we usually come out broke. Then tomorrow night we're going to take my brother to the Sea Dogs hockey game!

I'm just about to put my files away and tidy my desk because i finish in 20 minutes

Better get the Martini in the fridge to chill for tonight as well

Morning!

Payday here, too!

Taking Whisper, Bootser, and BooBoo to the vet for check-ups tonight after work. There will be a lot of yelling in the car on the way to the vet....but usually afterward, on the way home, they're fairly quiet. But we'll listen to a cat symphony on the way down! Whisper and Bootser will be 17 in July and BooBoo will turn 15 in February, so they're getting up there. They get check-ups about 3-4 times a year now, or more if we feel it necessary.

Last fall, my MIL's cousin butchered, so they gave my MIL a ton of lovely beef bones....and she gave me two gigantic bags of bones. I threw them in the freezer and just got them back out yesterday. They'll be thawed (in the fridge) by Saturday morning, so I'm going to be roasting bones for beef stock all day Saturday. By evening I should have several quarts of nice stock. I love to have homemade stock in the freezer.

And Sunday is my mom's birthday. My sister and I ordered a cake for her and all the kids are going up to visit on Sunday afternoon.

I'm going to clean my place today. The viewing for my MIL is tonight and the funeral is tomorrow so my ex and his girlfriend are staying over at my place tonight and I want it sparkling clean. I'll also cook a nice dinner since they'll be coming here straight from work and will not have eaten.

Morning.. lovely day out today! The birds are chirping like crazy outside, it really feels like a perfect springy day. I think it's supposed to be in the mid 70s this afternoon. Nice!

Not a whole lot planned for the day, and I'm guessing we won't do much of anything tonight, because BF had a super busy week at work. So some Netflix might be in order. Maybe I will make a pizza for dinner, get some dough from Trader Joes and load on the veggies. Unless I come up with a better idea in the next few hours...

Weekend is football playoffs, and a movie night at our friend/neighbor Scott's house tomorrow night. Then hopefully meeting up with some friends from NYC on Sunday. It's supposed to be warm all weekend, though cool at night still. But i want to get in some outside time!!

Well the day is almost over here, haven't done that much, Brandon and Molly have been off school ill today, Melissa went, she's ok (touch wood). Just done normal chores, made dinner and tea for the kids and I've just had a bat, settled down to watch the soaps and have a drinky winky Just phoned my nan as she's been ill these past few days but she's feeling alot better today which is good.My friend was supposed to be coming tonight to stay over but her dh is at work sat so she can't but she's coming next friday instead Can't wait. Shopping tomorrow and just the usual stuff.

Afternoon!!

Up early this morning (cramps). But got the home laundry done, did bookkeeping for end of year for business. Found two errors in checkbook so I have a little bit more $$!!

Then went to work to pick up laundry and laundrymat and got the day's wash done! The owners have new one on order so a few more days for this routine!

Came home and rented a couple of movies and watched one already!

So a pretty good day so far!!
