Please send vibes for my flooding home town

Toowoomba, (where I'm supposed to be next week), in the state of Queensland, Australia had major flash flooding yesterday, which claimed the lives of 8 people, with another 70+ still missing.

Brisbane, the major city, where most of my family is, and where we're supposed to be flying into is in the process of flooding.

My brother's suburb has been evacuated, and he decided to stay (with his wife and 5 kids) since they're on higher ground, and now the suburb is cut off with no way out

Please send lots of prayers and vibes that the rain stops and flood waters go down soon

The flooding has been devastating, and my heart goes out to all those affected.

My family are suppose to be travelling there tomorrow. It's horrible!

I am currently watching this on the news. We had a lot of terrible flash flooding in a community about an hour away from here as well recently. So devastating! Lots of vibes coming!

I am so sorry, my thoughts and prayers are with you. My uncle lives in Australia but I am not sure where. This is a terrible thing and I hope that it ends soon. I too also spare a thought for pets and wildlife lets hope they are getting help aswell.xxx

Power is being shut of this morning in several areas for safety reasons

Just been watching it on the news for everyone who is there.

A video of how fast it came up, and some of the damage it did.

Mike that video is amazing! Just shows how incredibly quickly the flooding happened. They say it was like an inland tsunami and you can see that in the video.

I worry about all the pets too. They don't have any say in whether they get left behind or not.
