Haha, that's funny! He's such a pretty cat!

I should get a video of my three when I'm getting their food ready in the morning. All three of them are SCREAMING at me the entire time I'm preparing three plates of wet food, two of which get crushed tablets in them (probiotic/lysine) and they all get mixed with water, so it takes me a while. LOL Sometimes I feel like they are going to eat me alive. haha

He sure turns on the love, doesn't he?!? It takes a bit longer because we have to add meds to Hannah's dish and we also give him a bit of lysine when he's got runny eyes. They also get a vitamin supplement (Missing Link). They're not very patient!

Tumbles is very cute, but . . . I've had cats who yelled their heads off when I am getting their food. I didn't much like it. Hannah is very well behaved.

Thankfully, all of the ones I have now just wait patiently when I prepare the canned meal. They are in the kitchen, but not underfoot. I have 5 bowls to divide up the food and mix water into. Claudio gives out a tiny little mew sometimes to hurry me up. And when I turn around with the first 2 dishes (Lily's and Claudio's), Lily gives her little squeaking plea as she leads me to her food tray.

But all in all this batch of cats is very well mannered about it. I have no idea why they are like this. But, I'm glad.

He does seem to be starving.
However, my Felix is about 5X as obnoxious. My wires sit patiently, only giving a quick "mew" when they see me coming with their bowls.

He's sure insistent.

Question. He's still a kitten, do you not free feed him kitten food? I was always under the impression that kittens require free access to kitten food because of their high energy.

Hannah can be just as noisy or more noisy than Tumbles! She's getting over not feeling well, so she's more subdued than normal.

Natalie, he is about 8 months old. He's been on an all-ages food since he came to live with us, so he's not on kitten food. He's been on this feeding schedule pretty much since we got him as well. He can't free feed because Hannah would eat all his food and then she'd be as big as the house! Also, Hannah has herpes and can't have food with grain, which he eats. He does get an extra serving of dry morsels mid-morning and mid-afternoon. As you can see, we're waiting on him to grow into his tummy. He needs to grow longer and taller so his stomach will be proportional to his body!
He's old enough to be on a scheduled feeding program and his energy level is anything but lacking!

Believe me your cats are angels compared to Luna and Midnight! Luna will scream the word "now" over and over again, and she'll bite the backs of my legs as hard as she possibly can. Midnight constantly rubs up against my legs so I can't move, but he's usually quiet, and he doesn't bite.

I don't think they're begging. I think they're telling us off for making them wait!
