Cheryl, my heart dropped like a rock when I saw this thread. I cannot even begin to imagine the depth of your pain. I am beyond sorry, and I know no words can help soothe your grief right now.

I don't know why this happened, but at least Emmy knew true love and care before her time came.

There aren't enough hugs to help you heal, but I'm sending all I can.

Oh nooooooo!! My heart is hurting with yours. I'm so, so sorry for your loss. Emmy knew how much you loved her. Praying you find peace and hope to love a kitty again.

I just saw this. I'm so sorry about Emmy. She was such a beautiful cat! Lynxx will be there to greet her at the bridge.

Oh my dear, I have no better words than have already been posted here. I can only imagine the depth of your grief, but you are NOT alone as we here share it with you.

You gave each of these kitties your heart and they will always be a part of you. Sending you lots of love and healing strength to help you get through this yet again.

I don't post a lot, but I do know that Emmy adopted you recently. My heart broke in two when I saw this thread. I am so sorry. You are an angel for taking this little girl in. She needed the love and care that you gave to her. You will one day see her and your babies again. Until then...may sweet memories get you through until then.

Oh Cheryl, I am so, so sorry. I never come to this forum, but when I saw you post in the lounge I had to. I don't have the words to tell you how sorry I am.
I believe that Emmy was greeted with gentle head butts by Bella and Genesis. You have my very deepest condolences, sweetie.

I'm so sorry you lost Emmy. But she'll be waiting for you at Rainbow Bridge, along with your other furangels. I agree with you completely that it wouldn't be heaven if our furbabies weren't there. And the evidence from NDEs (near death experiences) and ADCs (after death communications, including deathbed visions where people who are about to cross sometimes see who is waiting to welcome them) is that our pets will be there. These separations, painful as they are (especially at first), are only temporary.
