Morning peeps!

We are getting some snow today. I am off to work soon.

Tonight we are heading to the gym and then dinner and a movie!

We got a wee bit of snow today but ill admit I want more an inch or so does not satisfy my snow wants.

Other than staring out the window hoping for snow I'm continueing my upward ripple trek thru yarn and watching Supernatural on the big tv lol....it looks so funny in our living room ill have to take a pic of its oddness.

The temperatures dropped here all of a sudden, and it's quite dark Good job i filled the foxes with more kibbles this morning just incase

Hair salon, coffee with sis, then retail therapy tomorrow in that order, and i think i'll buy a new duvet as this one doesn't seem as thick to what it was?. Oh and i'll buy a coupole of christmas presents when i'm there

Morning!

Some snow here, too. Maybe 1-2 inches at the most. Driving out my back road was tricky, but once I got onto the highway, I was fine. If it doesn't melt soon, though, I may have some trouble getting back up the driveway when I get home from work.

Busy weekend coming up. DH is helping one of my co-workers move a large desk to his GF's house tomorrow morning. I think DH and I will go out to breakfast, then while he's gone, I'll rip through the house to clean. Once he gets back home, we're going out for the rest of the day to do some shopping.

And I need to clean out the freezer in the basement. It's a mess in there and I need to get it organized a little better. I know everything that's in the freezer; it's just moving things around and figuring out what needs to be used.

I promised DH some sticky buns and he reminded me last night that I hadn't made them yet. That's on my agenda for tonight when I get home from work.

YAY for Friday!

I have a dentist appointment this afternoon to fix a broken tooth. Luckily it's not painful, just annoying.

We have some running around to do after work and then it'll be home to relax, enjoy a few beverages of the alcoholic kind and just enjoy the weekend!

morning all!!

Its a cool one. Carried out lots of recycling as it wasn't put out a couple of weeks ago. I was missing a wine glass and found that in there. Grrrr that is the 3rd item that was broken when my sister was here.

Doing laundry right now then have a bunch of errands to do. Picking up pizza for dinner.

Bobs is sitting by me on the sofa. She must be feeling ok still though her tumor is growing larger day by day. I gave her some ham bits last night and she wolfed them down!

Another move for me I joined Facebook!!! (in case anyone is interested)

Morning everyone. Cold here today. I'm hoping that tonight I'm going to supper with a friend and then seeing the HARRY POTTER movie. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Another day, another storm. Snow and blowing snow over night and it looks like I will be spending a few hours digging a new path to the barn.........again. Appears the highway is closed as well, haven't seen a vehicle going down it for hours now. Was supposed to take the Jeep in for some work but had to call in and cancel the appointment and we will try again next week......I hate winter.

We had a couple inches of snow which I was able to use a broom to clean off the porch, it was like powder. After cleaning my car off, I went to the pharmacy.

Tonight is dinner out if it doesn't get icy, if it does it's take out Tomorrow night we're going to a friend's house with the usual suspects to play a new game they have. Don't know the name of it tho.

Good afternoon

Just finishing up at work for the week. Went to lunch with some co-workers for one of their birthdays. May or may not work out tonight as planned - my friend has a killer migraine at the moment. Hubby doesn't have anything for me to help him with at work, either.

It's about 50ºF outside, temps are going to be dropping in the next few days though from what the weather sounds like - another chance of snow in this area Sun & Mon! (secretly, I'm )

Offered to volunteer tomorrow for the day at the SPCA and assist with data entry, hopefully they call/message me back, I love doing data entry I offered to spend the entire day there doing it for them. (Trying to convert all their adoption stuff to a computer instead of paper).

Good afternoon.. I had a busy morning, but I am back now and don't have much else on the agenda, which is fine by me. I may take some oranges and tangerines to the next door neighbor today, I saw her the other day and said I'd come over with some soon.

I have no idea what the plans are for tonight, if BF is working late or not, who knows. I'm hoping we'll get together with our friend Scott this weekend, tonight even, he was away for 2.5 week over the holidays. We miss him! Plus, he has a belated birthday 6-pack of Bell's Two-Hearted Ale from Michigan for me. YUM!

Well I just ate a sandwich for lunch, and I am cold, it's only 50-something.. I think I'll make some coffee to warm me up. Excitement!

Evening everyone!

Today's been a good day so far! I went to a Delta Society seminar today (My Australian Shepherd, Ranger, is currently in training to become a therapy dog). I really enjoyed the seminar and getting to meet other people that are involved with their therapy dogs. It was definitely fun getting to see some of the other dogs in action with the patients too! Ranger and I sit for his CGC test on the 22nd and then we go from there with the therapy work, so wish us luck!

My sister is comming over in a little while with some of my neices/nephews (puppy too), the plan is to have some coffee and for me to work with their new puppy, Chance for a little bit as well. My nephew Cooper is spending the night, so I think we will make a trip to Target to stock up on food/etc for the weather we're supposed to get tomorrow, and and then take down the last of my Christmas decorations.

Good evening

Had a pretty lazy day today and lounged until about 2:30. No idea how the weather was today, except that it didn't rain Went to pick up hubby from the shop because he couldn't finish working on the car today (bolt broke during the tune up ). Went to go on date night, and his favorite Chinese buffet restaurant is no longer there. Went to Red Lobster (my choice), and the wait was nearly an hour. So we went to a Chinese restaurant that remodeled since we'd last been there, WOW they had a ton of different kinds of food! There was even shrimp alfredo It was pretty good.

Now I'm sitting here, with a throbbing hand because Hoshi decided my hand was evil and needed to die I've never been scratched so bad by him before. Going to watch our date night movie shortly.
