Soooo with the temperatures being so low then raising quickly then plummeting again my knees are shot, I can hardly move them nd they are just aching and I'm just tired of it now

I'm going to get an appointment with the physio see what I can do about it, with it being both of them acting up again, I don't want to take any anti inflams incase it reacts with the medicine I'm taking for my throat and chest

that sounds painful, and must be very frustrating too. You just can't do a lot if you can't walk without pain. Have you been able to work alright?

I get pains in my knees a lot. I'm pretty convinced knee surgery is in my future
Walking up stairs hurts them, and sometimes just walking I get pains in them. Last night i was laying down and felt like someone was jabbing pins in between my knee caps. It sucks, I feel ya!

I've noticed that now I have trouble with the knee that was operated on since the weather has gotten colder. But what can one do? Just keeping pushing along, I guess. But before I had the knee surgery, Advil became my best friend.

I hope your knees will start to feel better.

Spring will be here soon. I hope that it's warmer weather will help ease your pain Ashley.

Knee pain, or any pain really, is no good. I'm glad your left is feeling a bit better today though, hopefully the right will follow suit SOON!!

If I keep moving and I'm busy I tend to 'forget' they hurt but as it got very cold very fast when I was on my way to work my knee completely locked up took a couple of hues to get it fully mobile I've took my knee strap off and its twice the size it should be sooooooo I'm guessing I really should get tooth docs I think he's fobbed me off with arthritis in them

I'm so sorry your knees are giving you so much trouble.
Do you have any exercises to do for them? I saw an orthopedic surgeon about my knees a couple of years ago, thinking he was going to say "knee replacement!". Instead, he sent me to pt, where they gave me follow up exercises to keep up with. The exercises help tremendously.

Hope you get some relief soon.
