Mornin folks.

Out of curiosity, Have you had Deja vu type experiences?
Do you remember them afterwards? How often do you have them?

Trapped in the catroom! ;o)
A few but nothing that makes me slap my forhead and go omg. Most times its because ill dream about a conversation between bf and myself and then we talk about that subject.

I do have this crazy ridiculous recurring dream though that I can't stop and while I'm dreaming and realize where I'm at its a total dream state dejavu moment.

Yes, but in my case they are complex partial seizures.
I used to have them multiple times a day (upwards of 15-20 on a bad day) but I've only had two since starting meds back in April.

I remember one time I had this dream when I was a teen and later on, it happened. I still remember that time because the whole thing was rather weird.

There have been other times, too, but that one incident still sticks in my mind.

Yes, I have them, not frequently, but vividly.

From what I understand, scientists think there's an answer to the phenomenon. Something about neuro activity in the brain and an abnormal blip---Something about brain signals racing at such a fast immeasurable speed which then (in the case of an abnormal blip) can cause our brain to form an immediate HIGHLY VIVID memory ... Due to the extremely vivid quality of the signal blip and how close together signal #1 and signal #2 are, we then process signal #2 as something profound from the past because the "memory" (signal #1) is crystal clear and recent (to put it mildly) allowing us to describe it perfectly, much in the same way as what's clearly in front of our face is easy to describe.

I don't know how the exact explanation goes, but it's basically like the above. I have had deja vu but not often

Sure have. Dont have them with a certain frequency. Sometimes I'll have a few in a week, other times I'll go without any for a month or more. When I do have them, they're pretty darn vivid.

I used to get them as a younger child, the older I get the less often I get them. My cousin's theory is that when you're young you still hold some memories from your past life, or something like that so you get deja vu more often
