I am off to work in a bit.

DH and I joined a rec volleyball team, so we are starting that tonight. I really like volleyball!

Can't wait for the weekend, we have a lot to do around here.

I'm busy, busy, busy!. Housework this afternoon. I just did it on sunday when the decorations came down but i like it done for the weekend

Hair salon tomorrow for my 4 week trim, then i'll do a bit christmas shopping after i've met sis for coffee......... Yes, you read right

Morning all.

I have barely slept and I feel worse then ever I'm tired cranky and sickly today but I may have a bit of woo hooness coming my way........snoooooowwwwwwww!! Hopefully we get what is supposed to come and ill be happy sipping hot tea looking out all my pretty windows at the snow.

Oh and before I forget to sing my handy dandy bfs praises!! I love my jack of all trades master of nothing (his words not mine) last night he was at work and there was a 60 in big screen tv that was gonna get junked but he fixed it so the guy who dumped it said we could have it and now we happily own a ginormous tv that makes our house look ridiculously small but with all the lights off its like a personal movie theater.....harry potter tonight haha!!

Y'all have a good day. I'm gonna dope myself up with decaf tea and some kitty luvin!

And a cold morning it is....at about 14 degrees F.

About 3 inches of snow expected tonight into tomorrow afternoon.

DH is bowling tonight, so while he's away, my sister and I may do some shopping. Other than that, not much going on.

Morning. Cool here today. I'm going to TGI FRIDAY'S with my club for supper tonight and I guess we'll be taking down the few Christmas decorations that we have up.

It's late afternoon here and a holiday in our neck of the woods. I was awakened just before 6 a.m. by the sound of a crash on Main Street: black ice! DH had night shift, and fortunately he was smart enough to leave the car at work this morning and take the train home (he picked the car up about two hours ago).

I've had a very productive day getting stuff done for school, which starts up again Monday, and even had Jamie out for two walks.

Morning everyone.. slow start to the day so far, and not a whole lot planned for the rest of it. Excitement in the LBC!

Actually it's supposed to be warm this afternoon, maybe up toward 70? I hope so! I'd like to open doors for a bit and get some fresh air in here.

I will send warm thoughts to the east coast.. don't know if it will help any, but at least I'm trying!! I have to agree with you, 3CatsN1Dog- cold sucks, but snow is great! Hope you get some!! Make a snowman! Once I made a quick small snowman on my lunchbreak a few years ago when it was snowing in the morning. Fun times! That said, I do not miss east coast winter one bit. Though this low 40s at night in CALIFORNIA thing is getting really old. Makes the house very cold. And the heating bill high. But I will gladly pay more than freeze.

Good afternoon

Sitting here with Nero in my lap being a little love bug

Though he's not laying in the most convenient place while trying to use a laptop!

Work was a little busier today, but still only about half of what I do normally. My body is screaming because of the intense workout my friend and I did last night! Taking a day off from it today because she's going to someone else's house - asked me to go with her, but the people there didn't invite me and I dont like being around them much anyway. Too pushy. I told her I'd send her a "Saving" message if she needs to be saved, she only wanted to spend an hour there

Tomorrow we're going to whoop our butts again.

Was excited to help hubby at his shop tonight, but turns out he isnt going to have anything for me to help him with today. I guess the transmission he thought he'd have done by 2ish is going to take the rest of the day. Was pretty disappointed, because I start school Monday and go 4 days a week, then Fridays will be workout day. So no real time to help him out and learn myself.

Guess I'm gonna take advantage of a relaxation afternoon instead, and wait for him to come home and we'll have shrimp picatta for dinner
