Mucho congrats, and pardon my ignorance, but what does that mean? How is a mentor different than a moderator and how are people elected to the position?

I like to think of Mentors as TCS's Welcome Wagon.

New mentors are selected from TCS's membership by the current Mentors and Moderators.
