Not enjoying them though, and don't think I'll bother with book 4 & 5.

Nuh uh...might give me away!
I read so much, that I often succumb to the urge to read trashy romance novels.
I can't help it! They're kind of cheap for the Kindle, easy to get, and I don't hope for much for the plot other than avoiding cliches.

That being said, the last book I completed was called To Tempt a Scotsman, and I'm 99% done with A Rake's Guide to Pleasure, both by Victoria Dahl. Next up will be One Week as Lovers by the same author. All three are historical romances.

As for the last book I read that didn't fall into the category of "I MUST READ SOMETHING, ANYTHING NOW" was Bayou Moon by Ilona Andrews (a wife and husband writing team), which is the second book in their The Edge series.

I love Ilona Andrews. Have you read her Kate Daniels series? I must admit to a fondness for urban fantasy.

I enjoyed it. It took a strange turn near the end (seems pretty normal and unlike usual Dean Koontz books through most of it, then all the "crazy Koontz" comes out
)

The last book I read was Stuck in the Middle by Virginia Smith. I read it on the Kindle app on my Droid. I'm not currently reading any books but I have a few downloaded on my Droid.

I have just finished Cross Bones by Kathy Reichs.

Not decided on the next book yet, but will read a bit more H P Lovecraft till I do.
