Akita (My Dad guide dog)

Akita passed away in 1999 from a heart attack, he was a golden retriever guide dog to my deafblind Dad.

Akita will always be remember and will hold a special place in my heart always

I'm so sorry - guide dogs must be especially blessed when they reach the Bridge - and I'm sure Akita is waiting patiently for your dad to join him, when they can renew their special bond.

Service dogs must be missed terribly when they cross the Bridge.
