My dog looks good in lipstick....Not!

So DH and I went out last night for New Years. I rarely get dressed up and wear makeup but I did last night, and forgot to put my lipstick back in the drawer. When we came home we found a crushed tube on the bathroom floor, and red stains all over the couch, Skuttles and Brooke! Brooke is white so it is VERY noticeable. We're pretty sure it was Harley that batted it off the vanity but we have no proof. He's the one that gets into everything though so the odds are pretty good.

We're keeping a close eye on both dogs today but they seem fine. I'm pretty upset though because it was my favorite shade and I can't remember what brand it was!

Anyone know how to get lipstick off of a couch?

Believe me, I'm kicking myself for not taking pics before DH washed most of it off. Brooke does still have a pinkish tint to spots of her coat though. I was just so mad last night (and more than a little tipsy) and just didn't think about it. Besides the lipstick episode, one of them also knocked a basket of clean laundry onto the floor and someone puked on the carpet. I guess my crew had a party of their own.

You're a good sport, that's for sure. I know what it's like to come home to a mess (and not an easily cleaned one) and it's not fun.

Sorry I have no advice on getting lipstick out....

Goo be gone? I've never heard of it, but I'll look for it tomorrow. I'm going to try some oxy stuff my MIL has. If that doesn't work I'll hit the stores and see if I can find it. The sad part is my couch needs cleaned anyway so if I spot clean it to get the lipstick off, I'm going to have to scrub the whole thing or people will know just how dirty the rest of it is!
