Kapusta (left overs from dinner a couple nights ago). If you don't know what that is, it's my MIL's version of polish sausage and sauer kraut. Yummy!

Today is our wedding anniversary. I think we're going out to dinner.

I just ate a dill pickle. I'm addicted to Trader Joe's pickles. I could eat the whole jar at once if I had no self control... it's tough. Funny thing is, on the label it says Calories Per Serving- 0. ZERO???? OK... I could see maybe 5 or something, but 0? Come on..

I just ate a small bowl of Frito Pie (Fritos, cheese and chili for those who have never heard of it. It's not a real pie .) The Chili is homemade and it turned out soo good!

I just polished off a handful of homemade chocolate chip cookies. Before that, though, I had salad, breadsticks, and spaghetti w/ extra meat sauce from Olive Garden.

I just had some olives. Also from Trader Joes, a nice medley of unpitted ones. There is a HUGE one in there, like twice as big as the rest of them! I want to eat it, but I want to save it! It's like the Olive King or something.
