You mean this basket?
Yes, that is the one! What a gorgeous looking basket indeed

I have a feeling Marina doesn't ever "lose" any of her cats right in front of her!
I do Laurie, that is why I look closely at all baskets
Chloe used to hide in them when she was little. As a matter of fact we have a habbit of "counting paws" before we leave the house, just to make sure everyone is accounted for...

I don't have a pic of it, but a few years ago, I searched all over my house, an under the bed, behind the couch, opening drawers kind of search, for an orange tabby I had named Hermes. I found him in asleep in a box of artificial autumn leaves! I had even looked in the box and totally missed him

Me, too. I didn't even realize Goldy was in the picture.

I notice you took time to get your camera before you let him out of jail.

I've posted these before, but who cares? They're funny.

Can you find the kitty? Former feral foster, Mittens

How about now?

My RB kitty, B.C.'s idea of hiding in plain sight. (old scanned polaroid)

Here are some of mine:

Hannah

I looked high and low all over the place for her before I finally found her behind the curtains enjoying the sun!

But sometimes they make interesting pictures.

This is my bridge boy Spunky. When I looked at the original picture my first thought was "why is it in black and white"? Then I looked again.

Does being perfectly camouflaged by darkness count? Because Memphis blends in anywhere dark.

"What? Why are you showing us an empty cat tree?" one might ask... BEHOLD!

I can't get pics of my best camoflage cats. You don't know how many times I have had to apologize saying, "...but it's night and you're black so I really couldn't see you!"
