It is the festive season and some people like a nice tipple, well I am so full of food I haven't drunk that much alcohol over xmas, apart from xmas eve where I had a bottle of wine and I am not used to it, I was pretty ill xmas day and I drunk coke all day, I am a big baileys lover and I have had a couple of baileys coffees tonight, they are so yummy but I only like to drink it at this time of year. I also love mulled wine, my local co op usually sell it and its so nice but I never noticed it this year so I have had to go without but def baileys coffe or baileys in hot chocolate is yummy. Whats your favourite drink-doesn't have to be alcoholic just something nice and wintery.xx

I like a nice hot cup of tea, preferably herbal with a citrusy flavor like tangerine or mandarin orange. I do also like hot cider on occasion, but it's too sweet for me to drink much of it.

I've had a couple of wines over Christmas. It's Summer here but I enjoy wine all year long. I probably drink about a glass of wine a week averaged over a year. On New Years I'm going be drinking Midori and Pineapple juice with lots of ice. YUM.

I've had some egg big and ciders but last night was our big party night! Which involved a lot of Jägerbombs. Actually feeling pretty good today considering!

I'm a big wino!! Though when we have our meetings at work (off site) I order chai tea made with whole fat milk! Consuming eggnog this time of year as well.

I'm drinking Diet A&W right now That's probably my current favorite soft drink. My favorite alcoholic drink is Malibu & Pineapple or a margarita on the rocks.

On Thanksgiving, Christmas eve/day, New Years eve/day I always have Eggnog. It's my favorite holiday drink.

Also apple cider every fall between Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Ahh, winter brings lots of lovely spicy, roasty beers like Russian imperial stouts, Belgian Christmas ales (usually doubles or spicy strong dark ales), and of course my favorite, Anchor Brewing's Christmas Ale, or Tree Beer as I call it, which is made with a different recipe every year. Has a bit of a piney spice to it. YUM! BF got me a 1.5L bottle of it for xmas this year (and the past 2 years)! Definitely a bottle to share. We've got quite a few Christmassy beers in the beer 'cellar' from years back, it's interesting to see the changes a year or 2 or 10 makes.

I also like Bailey's in coffee, but I drink that on most weekends throughout the year, not just winter.

It's been Pepsi for me, as always. I did drink some tea at my sil's, though.

Eggnog, straight. LOL
Lots of wine for me, especially during the dinners. Eggnog and rum or coke and rum have been consumed. I really want some Baileys with coffee now! Must go buy some.

Coffee "spiked" with so-called bar syrup - usually vanilla, Irish cream or hazelnut. I also like oolong tea or slightly flavored mineral water.

Right now I'm having my second cup of coffee.

ok since mixed drinks are to tempting for me(just a tad more....) I have been going with mikes pink lemonade. Was only sold at one of the few stores I go to so stocked up

I just love Sheridan! We got it the last time we were coming across the border from Canada into the US. For some reason, the only place we can find it is at customs...I don't know why. But it is decadently delicious!

I'm a high-octane Pepsi fan. That being said, I'm drinking mostly diet Mt Dew, unfortunately...easier on the calories right now.

A local PA (in Harrisburg) brewer makes Mad Elf ale, brewed with cherries, spices, and honey. A co-worker and I split a case as it's about $55 per case. Good stuff! I drank a couple on Christmas Eve. It's only seasonal and we're having a hard time finding any more right now.

For Christmas dinner, we opened a bottle of Rascal Red (from Shade Mountain, a local winery); DH likes a sweeter wine and he loves this Red. My in-laws thought it was delicious, too. DH and I bought a bottle of Three Witches sparkling wine to share on New Year's Eve and another bottle for my sister and BIL.

I like different drinks at different times. I love a good glass of wine with dinner, love Screwdrivers and in the summer enjoy a good strong Tom Collins. Years ago I didn't drink anything except Scotch and water. I love Sangria and usually order that when we go to a Mexican restaurant. I occasionally enjoy a cold beer in the summer.

I love Mad Elf!! My mom bought a case of it this year, so I had a few when I was visiting PA a few weeks ago. I used to buy a case of it and put some of them in the basement. That is definitely a beer that gets better (more mellow/less harsh) with age. I think I still have a few in my stash from 4-5 years ago in her basement actually!

OMGosh, what are the odds? Alas, we are having a hard time finding any at this point. We decided that, next year, we are going to start calling around in mid-November and buy a couple cases. I love the stuff. I gave a bottle to my sister and she tried it. Now she wants some for next year, too.
