Bugsy says: Gracie, Will you be my Friend?

Gracie, through LOUD hisses, makes the message very clear.... Noooooo!
This goes on and on all-day-long, and If I let it, all night long too...
Bugsy visits Gracie several times a day, an just lays there, waiting for her to play with him... right . Sometimes he wants to play tag - OMG, she goes ballistic! Jumps on the wall, flips a 360, hisses like there is no tomorrow, threatens to attack, an he just stays there, looking puzzled, as though she was the most fun of his toys EVER - very interactive!
If I don't lock him up in my room at night, I wake up at 3-4-5 o'clock with the hisses... when I get there he is laying inches from her licking his paws as though nothing is going on...
I caught a little of their interaction on video - you can see her hissing and constantly growling... Bugsy on the other hand doesn't even take notice
It would be great if she accepted him one day... I don't think it will ever happen though - she is absolutely petrified of him!

That's so cute, Bugsy just wants to be her friend . Maybe eventually Gracie will see he likes her, and won't feel so threatened by him. If Bugsy keeps trying it could work. Even Lynxx who hated the kittens, eventually turned from hating Luna to just not liking her. She never stopped trying to be his friend, and it sorta worked.

He is so sweet! Maybe his persistence will pay off one day and Gracie will warm up to him some.

Aww....he's so careful not to make any threatening eye contact....and he has himself squeezed in the corner..another non threatening posture. I bet he does win her over some day.

My Darko is the same way with Callie. He tries so hard to be friends with her, and for some reason, she just does not like him at all. She doesn't mind Stinkpot, but she just doesn't like Darko, poor little guy. Everytime he gets too close, she acts just like your Gracie.

Well, I hope someday she (Gracie) gets over her fear of him and they can become buds. How is she getting along with the other two?

You've got to give him credit for being persistent. Maybe she'll accept his overtures some day. I wonder if she thought he wanted her bed, too?
