hi there,
I took my 1 yr old cat to the vets with a poorly leg 5 weeks ago, and was told the leg was fine but the cat was pregnant and due in 4/5 weeks - ANYTIME NOW!
im quite puzzled tho
since then i havent noticed ANY weight gain at all,
I am new to pregnancy in cats so dont know what to expect, is this normal or do you think maybe she has lost them?

Hi Cubby,

welcome to TCS...I moved your thread to the proper forum where our resident experts will see it.

Take your kitty back to the vet for an x-ray and re-check.

Are her milk glands full?

Are the nipples pink?

Have you been feeding her kitten food?

There may only be one or two kittens.

Please don't let her outside as she can be mated right after the kittens are born.

Get her fixed as soon as possible.

Keep us posted as to the results of the vet visit.

Are her milk glands full? not sure, where are her milk glands?

Are the nipples pink? she wont let me near her belly to look, she just bites me if i touch her belly at all, which is unusual for her.

Have you been feeding her kitten food? no i havent - should i ? i have just been feeding her more food but in smaller portions more regularly.

yes, I was going to say there may be only one or two kittens inside Mama. If she isn't letting you near her belly, then that's a good indication there is "something" there she wants protected
