Does this sound like a good dry food?

I'm looking for a dry food to replace the California Natural I've been feed them. Since P&G bought the company, I don't trust it. The ones I bought to stock up when I first heard about the sale are getting down to the last couple bags, so I'd like to find something to slowly transition them too.

I feed them mainly canned, and supplement with dry for them to nibble on during the night. Right now they're getting a mixture of California Natural and Orijen (3-1 mix).

I have been looking at alternative foods to try, and thought maybe Fromm might be a good one.

Way too much grain/starch IMHO ...

Many cats cannot handle duck as a main meat

Organs in a dry is not something I like to see

Interesting. I was wondering why duck isn't well tolerated? I recently got a bag of natures variety instinct duck and turkey meal to mix into my rotation and I noticed my cat Kattie seems more itchy lately. It could be the dry winter air but I'm wondering if it is the food. Oscar is fine and we have no digestive upsets, but Kattie is scratching and grooming more. She does fine on chicken, lamb, salmon ect, but this is the first time I added the duck dry food. I do a mix of grain in and grain free because she does better on grain free and I worry about Oscar being totally grain free because he is male. This is the happy medium between the two where both cats do well. Maybe I should avoid the duck in the future though.
