Can't get to TCS from home PC

Recently moved and had to change my internet to fiber from ADSL. I cannot get to TCS from my home PC. It says the computer can't open the page after it times out. So far this is the only website I've experinced this problem with. I'm working on a Lenovo laptop running XP and IE 8 I think.

I experience the same issue about once a week for the last year. I haven't changed anything and this is the only site that I have that problem with.

Have you tried it with another browser, like Firefox, Chrome or Opera?

I experienced the same problem with IE 8 and I switched to Firefoz and everything has been fine since.

Tried firefox and that didn't help. Still can't get to TCS from my computer at home.
