I must be broken, then. I think the edited cat meows are the most annoying thing ever.
My brain is too used to interpreting meows to mean something (per context, of course) so it sounds very weird to me, like if someone had just randomly taken any human speech (in any language) and picked out words, modified them and added a melody in the background.
