When I'm petting my cat his penis will come out all the way. He lays on his back while I pet his belly and when I touch his back legs to him him he'll extend both of his back legs out fully and his penis will come out. Sometimes it'll just come out though even when I'm petting his head and shoulders. Is this normal? He's been neutered for 8 years ever since he was a kitten.
