Yes these are the confessions of a gym junkie....
I confesssssssssss...
I sometimes go to the gym twice a day...

But this thread is my attempt to help everyone who is trying to exercise more, exercise more...

I was thinking
that maybe you can all log what ever exercise you've done, here... And we can all motivate each other to achieve our exercise goals...

Like Monday:
30mins walking/3mph...
or
20mins cycling/5mph...

In any case...
I'll be logging my exercise for a while just to see if it catches on...

wow E36... that's pretty good! any plans to extend the distance? 2 km maybe?

I find that this distance gets my heart pumpin enough to achieve the right cardio workout.

If I extend it I'll probably be late for work!...lol

I went back to do another 3km on the tread mill...
which brings my total to:

Monday 28th July 2003
Weight: 116lb
Exercise done: 8k/8kmph
Weights: 20minutes


i'm addicted

You use a tread mill?, I get bored on those I do my jogging around my street, so much fresher and more diverse.

Yup
I use a treadmill...
I kind a have to...
It's a lot safer than jogging on the streets...

and it's a lot more controlled as well.

the view SUX though....

Sunday night exercize...Day One:

1.5 miles on Gazelle
Burned 250 calories
Speed: 6mph
25 minutes

Monday Night exercize...Day Two:
1.55 miles on Gazelle
Burned 262 Calories
Speed: 6mph
25 minutes
...I had to have lost a pound or two just from sweating! EWWWW!

The sweat was pouring off my head despite the sweatband;
you wear a sweatband? hee hee hee that's so eighties....


everytime i think of people wearing sweatbands i think of that movie Fame... with the leotards and everything....


I'm a 90's kid... what can i say?
