Morning peeps!

Cold today, but we have a break in the snowfall!

I am off to work in a bit, and then at lunch I have to come home and make spinach dip for our party tonight.

Bleh there are like 2 snow storms right above me and Im mad they arent gonna hit us. Ive got my fingers toes arms and legs crossed that on Christmas Eve we get a massive snow storm (dont worry Winchester I only want it to hit my side of the river lol) that causes us to have a legitimate excuse to not have to drive on Christmas day. That would be spectacular. But other than playing I Spy with Weather Bug Ill be working on stocking and then after bf gets off work we will be out in the garage since he got a side job that actually pays.

A very cold morning here as well. I swear I wish I could hibernate.

At least it's Friday!

We're having a potluck at work today which is including the whole floor (about 70 people) so there is going to be a TON of food. I wore my loose jeans.

After work we have to head to the vet to pick up the ca-r-ma cats who were spayed yesterday and return them to their foster Mom and then we'll be off to finish up the Christmas shopping and pick up a few groceries.

We don't have much going on this weekend. We're all going to my aunt's apartment for one last big push to clean. Hopefully we'll finally get it all done on Saturday. If not, well Sunday is another day. My brother and SIL are going, too, so there will be six of us. That will help.

But that's pretty much it for the weekend. I need to vacuum and dust our house, too. I try to vacuum as much as I can, but with six cats I'm out-numbered.

Tyler, Tyler, Tyler.....if we get snow on Christmas Eve, I'm blaming you!

It's been a pretty laid back morning so far. I'm about to start some laundry in a little while and just do a little tidying up around my place.

Tonight Jack and I have a fun double date planned, so I'm really looking foward to that! (It will be me, Jack, Jack's Aunt Pam, and her date, tonight.) We're eating dinner at The Majestic downtown then going to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra Concert!!!

I'm excited!!!

Morning.. 54 and raining since sometime in the middle of the night I guess. I still can't get over how cool this year and how wet this fall has been here! More rain since September this year than the whole 3.5 years I've been here! I like it though, and we desperately need it. SO I think I am going to stay in all day today. Actually today would be an excellent day to bake some cookies!! It will warm up the house and warm me up with all the mising stuff and whatnot.

Not sure what the plans are for tonight, I think we're getting together with our friend Scott, since he's leaving for Ohio on Sunday for 2 weeks to visit his parents over xmas. I wouldn't mind hanging at one of our houses actually, rather than going out somewhere. Just not in a going out mood..

We were supposed to get a blizzard Sunday night through Tuesday morning. I was so happy to see this, I want to see Luna and Midnight's reactions to the snow so bad. Of course now the weather report has changed, and we're not going to get the storm.

Good evening!

Happy it is Friday

It was 53F this morning (compared to 19F two mornings ago

) and got up to 69F on the car temp display in the afternoon. Muggy with the threat of rain all day, seemed to also rain on and off in areas.

Had some annoyance at work - posting a thread momentarily. Got a good bit of work done though, and it turns out someone actually notices

My team leader was talking about how I knock out work like its nothing compared to all the previous people in my position.

Hubby's birthday is tomorrow, he'll be 25
