Morning peeps!

Another cold and snowy day, although the snow is supposed to stop soon.

Off to work in a bit, and then tonight I am meeting the ladies from my other forum for dinner! Swiss Chalet and I am so excited!

I have to go out on my lunch hour and get DH a gift I saw..I feel bad because he knows all of his gifts. I need to think of something new as well!

You all have a good day!

Hi all
Its a cold, rainy day here, the rain is supposed to turn to snow and they've forecast it pretty bad. I hope its not too bad, we've only just ot rid of the last lot and that was a nightmare. All my kids are off school at the moment they have had flu but they're on the mend now so I think they will be going tomorrow which is good as I've got to go shopping. Have a good day.xx

Still feeling a little yucky today but its mostly just feeling oddly tired. Like no matter what I cant get enough sleep. But Ive got stuff to get done and cant sleep the day away. Too much laundry needs done, dishes need done, and something needs to be figured out for dinner tonight.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning!

3CatsN1Dog, keep your snow in Sunbury! No snow across the river, thank you!

It's about 17 degrees this morning and breezy. Brrrrrr

DH is having his Christmas luncheon at work today, so our dinner will be very light. Maybe just a salad or something. He bowls early and while he's gone tonight, I'm going to work a bit more on cleaning my aunt's apartment.

Have a good one.

You can have MY snow, I don't want it!

I have been awake since 4:30AM. A fellow ca-r-ma foster Mom doesn't drive and needed to have 2 foster cats spayed today, so we picked them up last night and kept them overnight. One of them decided it was a good idea to DESTROY the carpet around the foster room door trying to escape.
I am so, so tired... We dropped them off at the vet this morning and will bring them back to their foster Mom tomorrow.

I was able to get 90% of my Christmas shopping done yesterday and should be able to completely finish tomorrow. HOPEFULLY.

3CatsN1Dog - you can have my snow too......come on and get it. Bring large trucks, lots of them and take all you want, free!!!

Another day another storm, so the weather liars are saying. I hope they are wrong but whenever they say the S word, it happens and it comes down in buckets then blows around into rock hard drifts.......it's been winter here since October, and I am sick of it. Another day of shoving the mess around today, and it's gotten old already. BLAH!!!!!

Today is cold but not one flake of snow. Yet my sister who is just 3 miles away had snow on the ground today, not much just a coating.

I am in the midst of a James Patterson marathon. I have read 3 of his latest books in no time at all. For Patterson fans, don't miss The Postcard Killers. I also read Cross Fire for those who love Alex Cross and am now in the middle of Don't Blink Also have an old one on hand called Black Friday that I missed many years ago.

In this cold weather there's nothing better to do than stay in with your SO or read, read, read. These all came from the library, I had put them on 'hold' and 3 came in one after another, that doesn't happen often.

Morning... it's actually sunny here today! For now anyway.. supposed to rain off and on for the next week or so. Not very SoCal...

Well, since I finished my last final exam last night, I planned to sleep in a bit today. Well of course today is the only day ever in my life that I woke up wide awake at 7AM.
I tried to get back to sleep but finally got out of bed a bit before 8. I have some errands to get done, did one already, and I'll probably head out in a bit to finish up.

BF is flying back from Orlando today, he should hopefully get home before 5PM. Tonight is the Hopheads xmas thingy, in past years they rented 12-person duffy boats to go around the Naples canals looking at lights nad eating and drinking, this year they're doing a little pubcrawl/drive around on a double decker bus. I am not going, because I thought my law final was tomorrow. It was last Friday. d'oh. No big deal, didn't really sound like the most fun thing to do anyway. So I will play chauffer and drive BF and our friend to the start, and then pick them up after.

Well have a good day everyone!! Be warm!

Good evening

Had an interesting day. Started out kind of chilly, but got up to the 60s this afternoon
Yesterday it was 39! South Carolina weather for you.

Went and picked my friend up at 8:30 to head to the courthouse to plead my ticket from October. Ended up at the wrong courthouse, where EVERYONE was surfing Facebook! Tough job. Had to go to the TOWN courthouse/hall, not the county courthouse. But the officer never wrote the address, just a PO box for it
So we drove 10 miles further and found this little podunk town hall with a courtroom the size of my kitchen
My friend had to wait in the hall for nearly 45 minutes because there were too many people with tickets crammed in the room. Got my ticket reduced from 4 points to 2 points (no affect on insurance, and the points go away 1 per year), and from $185 to $81.50
Was worth it!

Went back to her house and played on the pole for the first time since the end of November! We also learned a partner acro trick, where I'm standing on her legs leaning forward and she is sit standing behind me. Woohoo. I gave her her Christmas present and she's totally a dark sider and opened it right away
She told me all her friends are getting Tasers for Christmas, so I think if she's getting me anything, I know now! Also got to play with her three adorable fosters

Now I'm home, with an achy arm, waiting for the husband-half and dinner.
