Is best I can describe it.

When I woke up I picked her up and noticed she smelled slightly off.

It wasn't until later when she was drinking some water , I playfully nudged her with the flat of the top of my foot around (at least I thought) her thigh/backlegs but as I left I noticed this brownish thick liquid on my foot. Didn't notice it at first so a minute or two later I seen it and had NO idea what it was so I tried wiping it off with my hand (-.-) SMELLED SO BAD and I can't stop smelling it no matter what I do.

It didn't really smell like crap. It just smelled VERY foul. She is female and fixed and cares for herself very well but I have no idea what this is. She is also about a year and a half.

That is her anal glands liquid - Sounds to me her anal glands are full; they might have to be expressed... Watch if she licks her bottom often, or if she scoots her bottom around on the carpet... It is a quick trip to the vet to express them and cheap too - my vet charges me $15.

Her anal glands need to be expressed. It's a simple procedure at the vet, and you can learn to do it yourself if it becomes a chronic issue of them filling up. Has your cat been having softer stools lately? Sometimes if the stool is too soft, the act of pooping doesnt stimulate the anal glands and nothing gets excreted.
