The kittens have been tested, and the gunky eye quartet I've been working with are virus free. Eyes still gunky (though not as severely.) Having finished their first round of antibiotic they will start on another course today. Attached are pictures of two of the kittens.

One will be going to a young woman as her forever home, and two will be picked up closer to Christmas as a gift for another woman's mother-in-law (who knows about this.) If it were me, I'd take them ASAP and by Christmas they'd be lap cats.

Unfortunately, the two orange kittens and their black sibling are positive for FIP. The vet is calling the lab tomorrow to see if retesting in a few weeks has any purpose. Cross your fingers for these three, as they are adorable.

It turns out that the kennel maid had it wrong. The two orange & one black kitten tested positive for FIV, NOT for FIP. Makes more sense to me. They'll be retested in a few weeks.

Meanwhile, here are a couple of pictures of the now-less-feral kittens I've been working with. I'd post more but these 2 and the previous 2 images seem to have completely filled my allotted space. I'll leave them up for a while, then delete.

Kittens are very cute, aren't they though.

Cute kitties. You can upload picture to a free site like photobucket, then post the IMG code in your message. That way there's no limit to the number of pictures you can post because you're not using up space on the TCS server.

Thanks for the suggestion GoldyCat. That's a good solution for lots of people. However I don't have a photobucket account, nor do I want one.

I store all my images on my computer. They're used for lectures, on my web site, and illustrating my books. A photobucket account would just be something else to keep track of.

I'll just upload a few pictures at a time, like those of Fog and Mist. Then, when the thread stops getting traffic I'll delete them.
