Two years ago I adopted Autumn from a shelter in another town. I had looked at Petfinders and saw so many wonderful cats but wasn't sure just which one I wanted. I spent lots of time at the shelter looking and playing with all the cats but then I saw Autumn with her tortie colors and beautiful green eyes. I was star struck. When they opened her cage for me she literally jumped into my arms, well that was that. She chose me and I graciously took the hint and brought her home a few days later.
It hasn't been easy since Autumn has always been timid, she's much better now but still timid in some ways. I just wanted to celebrate her coming to live with me, she is a cutie.
