Which of these two is best for a year old male cat? So far no UTIs and I want to prevent them as much as I can. He throws up once in a while. I don't know if it is the food, Science Diet, or he doesn't chew his kibble. He won't eat canned.

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Which Blue are you talking about? The Spa Select or the higher end one Wilderness?
Some cats do great on either one, others have problems with the foods and whatever you transition to you must do this very slowly as its a big change from the science diet.
That said, IMO the TOTW ingredient list looks a little nicer so I use it for a few of my cats. Plus it's cheaper.
The Spa Select has barley (one of mine can't have that) and alfalfa.
Some cats can't keep the TOTW down - I even have one that can't. So whatever you decide to try, start with a small bag first.
Where are you shopping at that has both? Tractor Supply? And what wet foods have you tried? If you have a picky cat I suggest you look at Blue's canned food as it has worked for some picky cats in the past.
TOTW makes a nice canned, too.
