Update on my FIL

Well, my FIL is going downhill fast. The cancer has spread and he is basically bedridden. We still haven't been able to get there due to finances, but we hope to go this weekend. The hard part is finding an affordable hotel that doesn't require a credit card. I do have one, but it is a very small limit and I need to use it for the car rental. The other credit card is maxed out.

We still need at least $200 for gas and expenses, but we are trusting God to provide a way.

I would appreciate all your prayers in this trying time.

I'm sorry to hear your FIL is not doing well. I hope you can work it out so you can see him. Most motels/hotels require a credit card number when you make the reservation, but you can still pay cash when you get there. Just make sure that they don't put a hold on the credit card.
