For 2 years I didn't know these cats were in the woods. Very elusive.
I saw tracks in the snow and put food out. One came and then the rest. 7 of them. After 6-7 months they have become trusting. Now I have 7 cats.
Someone has had them trapped neutered spayed released. They have shelters on, and under the deck....insulated and full of straw. They eat a lot and take up a lot of time but it's worth it.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
Ooooo what gorgeous kitties! We're the ones TNRing here - and don't be surprised if more show up now that it's cold. We've had four new ones in the last week.

We're not far - we're just over the border in NJ. If you have more turn up and need help finding low-cost spay/neuter, I'm happy to help. Just send me a PM.

They are absolutely STUNNING beauties!
I foster for a TNR program here. I currently have 3 feral sisters who are approx 5-6 months old. They just came the past week and are terrified, but I know they'll come around in time.

It takes special people to do what you do. They are very pretty kitties... Thank you for making sure they are fed and have a place to get out of the weather. I've had a couple feral cats under my deck but they didn't stay long.
