This guy that is friends with an aquaintaince of mine, is cute and likes cats and has similar beliefs as me so sent him a message telling him I thought he was cute. And he said he would like to be friends, but he has been talking to someone who he has a first date with. So now I find myself hoping the date will be horrible and he will ask me out. I know I am awful.
