I took an Ativan (last evening) to take the edge off and it helped. I fixed the Futon with another comforter and brought pillows so Sasha would be nice and comfy. The futon is lower for Sasha to jump on and the big water fountain is right next to him if he gets thirsty.
Tiggy was real sweet too: spent part of the night in the bedroom with me and the other part on the Futon keeping Sasha company!
This morning, as I did my morning routine (clean the litter pans feed the cats, etc) Sasha came to greet me. He let me pet him, gave me a soft meow and went in the bedroom to pee on the plastic tarp.
He actually seemed to want food too, he followed me to the kitchenette, sat down and meowed again. I warmed up some of the liquefied Hi-Tor from the fridge, he looked interested, licked the top for a few seconds and walked away, he hopped back on the futon and laid down.
I was warming up some food for Tiggy, Wellness Salmon and Trout (I think) so I figured "why not?" I showed it to Sasha, he smelled it with interest, licked the top for maybe 15-30 seconds...then stopped. He turned his back on that food too.
I"ll give him his antacid and Sub Q, and hope for the best...
Edit
He took his antacid and Sub Q treatment without a fuss. I'll wait a bit before showing him food again...
Showed him the liquefied Hi-Tor again, dipped my finger in it, showed it to him...and he licked it off my finger without me forcing his mouth open. I did that three times and presented him the dish...he ate the liquefied Hi-Tor from the dish!

So he ate about 1 teaspoonful on his own. Not a lot, but it's a start!
