Hill's Prescription Kibble Size??

Hello everyone,

My two cats are currently on Hill's w/d and c/d, each has it's own issues. I noticed when I opened the new bag of w/d that the kibble was about twice as big as it used to be. Has anybody else noticed this? I'm wondering if the c/d is going to be bigger too? My little girl already eats one piece at a time (and it's maddening )...she's not going to like this!

this will sound stupid but double check you got a bag of cat and not dog

That's actually the first thing I did! But no, it says Hill's w/d feline with chicken. I wouldn't think they'd put dog food in a cat food bag?? The price went up with this bag as well. I don't know, it's weird.

let me see if I can see the kibbles online... It would not be the first time the bag and the kibble did not match

I am not an expert but I would think the new is dog or like the dental cat

I've already fed him with it twice and now I'm freaking out that it's dog food. I'm going to buy another bag in the morning and see what it looks like. Thank you for your help!!

Hills has two differnt sizes for their food. I found that out when I accidentally bought their regular indoor formula instead of their optimal health formula. the optimal health had kibbles the size of your old food, and the indoor was the size of the new food. mit looks like they might have switched from one to the other with that specific food
