It's obvious they thought of some things when building this place (its less than 1 year old), like pet doors, vinyl flooring that looks like wood but is easy to clean. Other things I find myself scratching my head over...
Like the wallpaper, very delicate like paper glued to the concrete walls and ceiling and with a texture that resembles a cat scritchee, Aya can't leave it alone. I had to put 3 mos rent down as deposit and Aya is tearing holes in the wallpaper right and left.
I got her 2 big scritch pads, lots of toys. trimmed the nails. The only thing I can't come up with are soft paws. She is nearly impossible to give a nail trim as it is. I can buy the soft paws but none of the vets are familiar with 'em and will help me put them on her. Nor do I know if they will stay on. She takes great issue with being 'disarmed' of her weapons and is a very smart kitty (too smart for her own good) who figured out how to pop the conehead off in under 5 minutes after her spay.
