Cat/Pet grass

OK - thought I would get a little container of this for the boys at PetSmart. Well, they love it!!! Prowler, Jake and Ghost in particular were nomming on it quite a bit. Jake in particular tonight -- he seems to be working on a hairball the last couple of days. Can the grass help him with that?

What are the other benefits? I know it's wheat grass, right?

My cats don't get hairballs and don't throw up grass, but some cats do sick up hairballs afterwards.

I grow my own using oat or wheat grass seeds from a health food shop, we rotate pots so there is always a fresh supply. The cats and even kittens love to munch on it.
