Please sign petition to make sure that an animal abuser gets what he deserves!

A man in St. Charles Illinois has already been convicted of torturing his dog to death 17 years ago. Now he has been charged again with abusing a dog after he was seen punching his dog in the face, breaking several of his teeth. He has been charged with a misdemeanor but the charges could be upgraded to a felony. Please sign this petition to ask the DA to upgrade the charges.
