Is on animal planet and is featuring all different kinds of pet products. One was a cat tree that looks like a real tree and I about fell over when they said what it costed, $900, I would love to get something like that for Pixie but I could get her so much more and help other kitties for that price. I understand the cost but I just don't see how I could ever afford it. They have some neat stuff on here and some tempting things but I am mostly watching it for the cute critters on it.

I watched it earlier too! I was a little disturbed by the dog poo vaccume thing- seriously, who is going to carry that around for every single walk? I definitely wouldn't be able to get that thing up and down a flight of stairs with both dogs for every walk.

I thought that the Iguana house thing was really cool though!

I agree with you Nikki, about the doggie poo thing, but did like the system where you could flush it. And the iguana thing was cool but no way I could afford somethin like that. And I am curious if the training the cats to the toilets would really work or if it would cause accidents. And what if they miss the toilet. I mean its bad enough when my dad or brother in law or nephew does. I don't want it to look like I have three blind drunks here.

I believe in the past on TCS some people have posted about toilet training their kitties; I'm sure there's old threads floating around somewhere! I would totally be willing to try it if all of my kitties were healthy enough! I think Kojak & Isabella would use it, but Velvet is too old/arthritic to make her jump up and down on a toilet and she already has litter issues, so I don't think I'd bother at this point in time. (I also wouldn't be crazy about leaving the toilet seat up all the time, but if it ment i never had to scoop a litter pan again, I'd compromise
) Can you imagine having to wait in line to use the toilet because your kitty is in there first?

That site has been in our Favorites now for months. We've been looking at the 7-foot tree with just the wood bark and completely enclosed in the back with the door. As much as we love our cats, boy, that's a lot of money for a cat tree. Even if it really does look like a tree. I'm sure the cats would love it, but........
