Olly Fussy Pants

Mr Olly Bear is becoming quite the fussy pants. he has 3 wet pouches a day and a bowl of dry down for him to pick up (he is 4 months old) when we first got im was feeding him the whiskas kitten in gravy then last week the supermarket for some reason only had whiskas kitten in jelly this week they had the gravy again so picked him up that and the little git is turning his nose up at it. i had one chicken in jelly puch left put that down for him this morning and he wolfed it down considering he hadnt eaten at all yesterday.

also i have a quick question is it necessary for him to have the dry food he barely picks at a bowl throughout the day and when i mix it in with his wet pouch he eats round it???

It's probably not Olly, it's probably the food. A new batch with different quality ingredients. Many cat food manufacturers buy ingredients based on the lowest bidder so food is inconsistent.

In my opinion you don't need to leave the dry food down. Feed it to him in small portions as as snacks instead.

The kibble will be fresher, and he won't be so immune to the smell of it, so he will be more likely to enjoy it.
