A year in review..Thankfulness... the coming year....how about yours?

Wow....since last Thankgsiving, it's been a wild ride around here! In the last year we've
Spent two weeks without electricity because of lack of fiances
Filed for Bankruptcy
Moved from our home in Jasper to a temporary place in my hometown of Double Springs
Closed our Business...
wow...
BUT..... things are looking up for the coming year.

Although I will be spending Christmas in our temporary housing, I will be able this year to put up and decorate a tree, something I haven't done for the past four years.

I've made a couple of dear friends who have made a big impact on our lives this year.

Hubby started a new job mid-November, so come mid-Feb, he will have insurance, including optical/dental and I'll be included on the optical/dental part.

I still have three cats, and a wonderful, sweet husband....yes, I do think I see the light at the end of the tunnel ....seems like forever since I could say that, but I do think its' there!!!!

Crikey, been quite a year for you and to be honest I am really hoping for a better one next year, this one has been not very good and still ongoing-so far

On monday it will be one year since dh's nana passed away, is still a very sad time for us.

I developed a large goiter in december last year, was ahuge battle to get my doctors to recognise it and I was very ill.

In february dh's grandad was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, he is very frail at the moment so it is just a matter of time unfortunately.

My rabbit Nibbles passed away.

May I had almost all of my thyroid removed.

July moved house.

Somewhere inbetween my nan was ill with her heart condition.

August, I was very ill and also mentally unwell, discovered that my thyroid had stopped working, on meds now and slowly getting to my correct level,so getting there hopefully soon.

These past couple of months have been the worst, I had to give Harvey up and theres not a day goes past that I don't think about him. Dh's grandad contracted pneumonia, mil plueracy, all my kids have been ill with general coughs and colds. My bunny Rosie died and then my Budgie Charlie.

Flippin heck when I write it all down it seems mega I really am hoping that christmas and 2011 is better all round, just really dh's grandad next which is terrible but expected, still never want it to happen.

Heres to a better Christmas and New year to everyone on here, I love you all, you are fab, without TCS I would never have made it through all of this.Especially someone in particular, you know who you are .xxx

Everything was fine in 2010 until August.

I'm glad to have Luna and Midnight their 2 wonderful kittens.

I'm glad the tests showed Lynxx didn't have cancer. He is on a feeding tube to reverse liver failure. I just hope this works. He has gotten a little better, but he's still so weak, and it's still scaring me. I just want him to be ok, to be the way he always used to be such a happy healthy loving cat.

Ruthyb... here's hoping 2011 is much better!
