5 KILOMETERS!!!!!!
puff puff
pant pant
and my toes are still sweating!

I'm so proud of myself.
I started running on the treadmill a couple of weeks ago and when i first started i could only run for a maximum of 3 minutes then i'd have to stop and walk for about 30 seconds.... and repeat the process....
Over the last two weeks i've slowly been running for longer and longer periods, twice a day. I've been doing about 40 minutes in the morning and about 40 minutes in the evening...

But yesterday i out did myself and ran a whopping 5km!!!

I'm so excited, i can't wait to get back to the gym and do it again today...

So for all you exercisers and dieters out there....
IT CAN BE DONE!!!!

yahooooooooooooooooooooooo

5km...what does that translate into miles? I recently got a treadmill and am starting use it at least three times a week...I also have a Gazelle and I LOVE it!!! It takes forever just to go one mile on it though. *whew*

I am working towards losing the last few pounds I have left to lose and it isn't easy.

You must have some major dedication to do it twice a day!!! I feel like I'm doing good if I exercise three or four times a week for 1/2 hour maximum each time!!

CONGRATS to you!!!!!!!!!

I have a gazelle. It just doesn't feel like you are doing anything on it to me. I like it but it seems to easy. I prefer my stair stepper (which i havn't used in monthes
) I should really start working out again!

Suraya, umm, what pounds did you have to lose? Your brain?
Seriously though, you looked pretty trim and fit in the picture you posted of you and your fiancee. Three miles, eh? You and Tybalt run some for me okey dokey

You know I used to have cable and watch those women exercising, trying to inspire myself but ended up drinking coffee and eating kids cereal heee! heee!
But I have started tai chi which is very relaxing and calming. Guess I'm getting in touch with my asian roots
