If i feed my kitten cat food is she getting the proper nutrition she needs?

She eats a lot, but it's just regular cat food and not kitten food. I was just wondering if the regular cat food has the nutrients she needs to develop properly.

does the back of the bag say for maintence and growth or does it say just maintence. If it just says maintence I don't think so. Maybe try finding her a good all life stages food?

Kitten food is designed for kittens( though as one poster noted many say all life stage or for growth and maintenance( those two mean kittens and adults will get adequate nutrition from it)

I too would ask what are you feeding... See Kitten chow and Cat chow are both all stage (though I would not feed either )
