I find the bag hard to read, is it possible to time (on average) how long it takes for a 100CC treatment? At least I could time it and make sure I'm in the ballpark...

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

When I first was doing my cats I would stop unroll bag and check. It seemed that if I went by what it said it would be a bit to little so I gave a lil extra to compensate. Towards end it was whatever made it in as she fought
When I was doing it on a lil kitten I was pulling it out of bag and injecting her and found that very easy but it also was only 25 going in

3 to 5 minutes is average for 100CC's...I'm not comfortable with the blood pressure cuff method that's mentioned though (do the Sub-Q in 1 minute instead of 5...).
3 to 5 minutes sounds like what I was doing; I'll time myself when I do the next treatment!

We squeeze the bag to make the fluids go faster, and it seems like it only takes a minute or so. When the Vet did it, I swear it was only about 30 seconds, and I was completely shocked at how quickly it was overwith! I was also shocked that it was ok to squeeze the bag, and she said it was perfectly ok, the faster it gets in, the faster your kitty can get back to whatever he was doing. And if your bag is hanging too high for you to reach it, just make something up with a coat hanger to get it lower, if you want...just make sure it's still high enough to let the fluids flow.

Sasha was unusually fidgety today...around 1minute 27 seconds the needle slipped out, fluids spluttered all over the place...his fur got all wet...shut the valve off, held Sasha down forcefully, put the needle back in, reopened the valve and let the fluids go for a total of 5 minutes and 14 seconds...hard to tell whether or not any fluids leaked through his puncture hole since his fur was already wet...

It really depends in part on what needle you use and the placement of the needle as to how fast a flow rate you are getting and how long it will take.
To make it easier to read the bag, try using a thin bit of white adhesive tape - place it on the line/number you wish to infuse down to, it will make it easier to "see" when you want to check how far you've gotten towards meeting that mark.
