Dehydrated cat...?

Okay, my cat is the runt of a litter born May 2009, she is really small about 5 lbs. She went in on the 11-16-10 for a spay and front declaw. 11-20-10 (today) we took her back to the vet in the am because she hadn't pooped, only peed once (until she peed on me in the car), haded drank much water or ate much, and wasn't walking around much. He gave her fluids and antibotics (just in case). Her temp was a little low so he suggested she lay on a heat pad to get her temp up so she could heal better. He suggested warm food or warm gerbers baby food.

About 14 hours later she hasn't pooped, peed only in the car on the way to the vet, ate around maybe 4 tablespoons of baby food, and not much water.
Her gums aren't moist but I cant get her to drink any water. Her temp is better. But her breathing is funky. Its really fast, like she is panting. Her heart rate is around 190 beats per minute. WHAT DO I DO? Take her to the vet? How do I get her to drink more water or eat? WHAT DO I DO!?

Welcome to TCS.

Be prepared for a negative reaction from this site, as it is heavily anti-declaw. What's done is done - we cannot change that you declawed your kitty. The rules can be found here, #3 pertains to declawing.

That said - if I were you I'd be calling the vet again now. If she's not eating, breathing rapidly - she can go downhill very very quickly. She needs to be eating at least every 12 hours, or she is at risk for fatty liver disease.

Thanks and for the record I am very against declaw and I feel terrible but her legs are much too long for her and she was getting her claws stuck in everything and hurting herself. The declaw was not for my selfish-ness! i havent had anyother cat declawed before and i wont ever again

Syringe feed her some water and canned cat food and call the vet NOW or get her to an emergency vet right away. If your vet doesn't answer or call back, call around to other vets in your area until you get an answer. How does her spay incision look?

She probably hasn't pooped because she's not eaten enough to poop anything out.

Is she on any pain meds? She is probably in such pain she isn't eating, thus not using the cat box much.

Any update on the kitty? Poor thing, she must be in quite a bit of pain. Is she getting enough pain meds? What did the vet say? Please let us know.
